Thank you for choosing Theta with Kim. I truly appreciate the trust you place in me and the opportunity to be part of your journey.

I understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. My intention is to offer a fair and compassionate policy that respects both your circumstances and the time reserved for each session.

1. Services & Returns

Theta with Kim offers personalized ThetaHealing®, intuitive guidance, energy-focused sessions, and animal communication.

Because these are appointment-based services, traditional product returns and exchanges do not apply.

2. Individual Session Cancellations & Refunds

I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice:

You may reschedule your session without an additional fee.
If you choose to cancel, your payment may be refunded, less any non-refundable deposit clearly disclosed at booking.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice:

A $50 cancellation fee will apply.
Any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded if you choose to cancel.
If you prefer to reschedule, your payment will be applied toward your new appointment, less the $50 cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee will never exceed the amount paid for the appointment.

Missed appointments:

Appointments missed without prior notice are subject to the same maximum $50 cancellation fee.

Any previously collected deposit will count toward this fee. Clients will not be charged twice.

3. Multi-Session Healing Packages

Multi-session packages are offered at a discounted rate to support a continued and intentional healing journey.

All multi-session package purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as described below.

Once purchased, unused sessions are not eligible for refunds simply because a client decides not to continue.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be rescheduled upon payment of a $50 fee for the affected appointment.
Unused sessions remain available for future scheduling, subject to any validity period clearly disclosed at purchase.
Packages are intended for the original purchaser and are not transferable without prior approval.

I encourage clients to reach out if unexpected circumstances arise. I understand that life can change, and I will always do my best to approach those situations with compassion.

4. Completed Sessions

Once a session has been completed, payment for that service is non-refundable, except where required by law.

Every healing journey is unique, and specific results or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

5. Unexpected Circumstances

I understand that illness, emergencies, and unexpected events can happen.

If something prevents you from attending your session, please reach out as soon as possible.

I will do my best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances when possible. Any exceptions to this policy are considered individually and are not guaranteed.

6. Cancellations by Theta with Kim

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your appointment, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or receive a full refund for the affected session.

If I am unable to provide the remaining sessions in a prepaid package, a refund will be provided for the undelivered services.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after processing for your refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
